Sara is so knowledgeable about Chinese medicine, acupressure, and yoga, and she integrates them seamlessly in her Meridian yoga class. The self acupressure is very accessible, I always learn something new, and I feel amazing after class. I look forward to this class every time it’s offered and I’ve recommended it to several friends who have made it a part of their routine too.

Sara’s yoga class at 3S is what my weekly routine was missing. I’m a HIIT / runner/crossfit fan, and generally am not great at slowing down in life, nor in my exercise. BUT, the first time I visited her class for candlelight slow flow (or restorative) yoga, I learned that slowing down (AT least once a week) was what my body and mind were really missing. Just being in her presence will bring you calm, but beyond that she’s got a way of teaching and an energy that makes the fast pace “me,” center and quiet my mind and focus in the moment during that glorious 1 hour of stretching.
I love that the class is so varied in skill/age and body type- it’s really accessible for anyone, and she always reminds us that “it’s our own practice” during class, offering suggestions for any modifications as needed. I continued to attend even while pregnant, which I was so grateful to be able to do as a nervous first time mom to be!
I leave her class feeling like I just got a massage every time, and it’s just such a release from “all” that I carry day to day both physically and mentally. I cannot recommend her classes enough!

SARA IS AN ANGEL. truly, all i have to do is get to the studio and i know sara will take good care of me. her classes are the perfect blend of building heat (at my own pace!) and cooling down. i feel wrung out and restored after each class and typically i’ve also learned something new! her meridian classes are awesome and i love learning the different ways our bodies store things as well as how to release that! sara is kind and welcoming and i’ve been taking classes with her for at least 4 years now (!!) and she’s never steered me wrong. get yourself to one of her classes asap if you want to show up for yourself.

Sara is hands down one of the best yoga instructors I’ve ever had. She has a unique ability to make yoga accessible for everyone—whether you’re a total beginner, dealing with physical limitations, or deep into your practice. She doesn’t take herself too seriously, which makes her classes feel welcoming and fun, but she’s absolutely serious about the work, ensuring that each movement is intentional and safe.
I have a spinal fusion, and she always makes sure I’m comfortable without calling attention to me, which I deeply appreciate. Throughout my pregnancy, I attended her Chill AF class, and because of her thoughtful approach, I was able to practice up until two weeks before delivery. Her knowledge, care, and adaptability made all the difference.
If you’re looking for a yoga instructor who meets you where you are, challenges you in the best way, and fosters an inclusive, lighthearted atmosphere—Sara is it. I highly recommend her!

Sara’s classes have been a regular part of my routine for two years now. I always look forward to her classes because they are the perfect blend of cardio, stretching and mindfulness, or “a moving meditation”, if you will.
Her calm yet uplifting tone reminds us that our practice is our own, and she encourages us to modify our experience as needed, while gently guiding us along the way.
Sara’s classes have become a spiritual practice for me, as a means of self-care and overall wellness of body, mind and spirit. Her sessions allow me to escape all of the chaos of the world for an hour, and find peace in my body in the stillness of the present moment.
